The new Knight Rider series was just scheduled for nine more episodes. If you haven’t seen the show…please…don’t bother. It is TERRIBLE.
1. The acting is not even on par with a high school play.
2. The special affects are the worst
3. The in car scenes are 80’s-ariffic! For example, a week or so ago, he was racing a Ford GT40. From the in car view, looking backwards, you could “see” out of most of the windows. The GT was no where to be seen. Moments later, they did an aerial shot and the ford was right behind the Mustang on the driver’s side. Clearly a stock window scene was being used.
4. The plots. They are stolen from popular movies. Last week (I did not watch it) was a “Crank” based plot where he was injected with a poison. The week before had a “Fast and The Furious” theme where he had to disguise himself as a drag racer to get stolen weapons back. The week before that was a “pretend i am a surfer” ‘Point Blank’ theme.
5. did I mention the acting?

GlassBooth is another one of those websites that can help you decide which candidate more closely matches your opinion about different areas in politics. What I found different with this site is it actually tells you why you don’t match a candidate for the particular area.

Watching “the killers” tonight on SNL again reminded me how much we are in a loop on audio (and fashion…but thats another post). The Whiny neo-euro-sound (is that emo?) is back again, but not in the Cure kind of way. The keyboards, flashy duran-duran outfits, ugh. Already tired of it.
And to the youth of today – Cut yer hair. Looking like Shaggy from scooby doo is not cool. It is possible to have longish hair and be stylish, but come on. $12 for a haircut is worth it.

Sean did very well last night. I put him down around 8pm last night and he slept for an hour before getting restless. I decided that instead of fighting it, I just brought him downstairs and let him sleep on me while I watched the season opener of Heroes (Sylar is what??). I put him back in his crib around midnight and went to bed myself.
I did not give him a pacifier last night, as I wanted to see if he could sleep without one. I also thought that was part of why he was throwing up – with the extra snot production going on with his ear infection, the slurping on the pacifier was sending it right to his tummy, making him sick.
He did really well with that actually. He woke up a few times from coughing, but seemed to be okay after I held him for a few minutes to put him back to sleep. He actually slept until 7 or 715, which is a first for a few days.
Needless to say, I am exhausted, and kind of feel like I may be coming down with a cold. Time to head home and go to bed.
