Comments: Summer Reunion needs to be personal. It should be a fun-filled time where brothers can learn about each other, accept each other, and gain from each other. Reunion is about reuniting, bringing people together. It is not about destruction--tearing things apart. I feel that this reunion was not as good as it could have been. It was filled with plenty of great people, but lousy attitudes--not excluding myself. I love this Fraternity, but sometimes I'm not sure if I care as much about the people in it. Sometimes, I feel that many actives and alumni don't care anymore. I think that as a whole we are missing the primary values of Brotherhood--"I am my brother's keeper". We dabble in this mess which we call brotherhood only to protect those that we are closest too. What about those brothers, alumni that we are not closest too.
I hope that reunion turns out better next summer. Most of all, I hope that we can put our differences (dislikes) aside and concentrate on brotherhood the sole reason for the existence of this Fraternity. Keep in mind, everyone of our brothers chose this fraternity out of all the others on campus. We all had a reason for joining and that reason is why others join. Once we let our reasons for joining fade, others can't see the reasons why they should join. I hope that we (fraternity) can re-establish the brotherhood that we once had and shine it throughout Murray State.

I still have brotherhood in my life. Dave White has been a
great brother for me. When I started my job I was scared to death that I
was going to fail. Dave gave me the confidence and courage to fight through
all of my fears. I'm proud of what I've done in my business and personal
life. I don't think I could of done it without Sigma Pi. I know that a lot
of people didn't agree with some of the things Dave and I did. As a matter
of fact Dave and I both look back and shake our heads. I will say this,
we had a damn good time with the best brothers any body could ask for. It
is a fact that every jack ass has potential if put in the right situation.
We both have grown up a lot and live pretty well. We still get rowdy and
raise hell but it's more controlled and not as frequent. A message to the
