One of mine is to get back to working out. So on Jan 1 I started walking on my treadmill I have set the goal to walk 365 miles this year. One mile per day and I am already at 21 miles and it only the 12th. Oh yeah go me!!! I will keeping posting you my progress to keep you on your goal. Good luck and best wishes!!
